Prints are to be paid for at the time of ordering. Images will not be printed unless payment has been received to ensure that I am not left with uncollected prints.
If you don't like the photos - don't order them - no problem!
A small charge is made for images used in Magazines & websites to sell horses or ponies but the image will be sent only if the original has been purchased. Images may not be used for these purposes without the consent of the copyright owner.
Which sadly brings me to :-
I am aware of images which have been copied or downloaded from this site without payment or authority. This is an illegal breech of my copyright. Any illegal images found on Facebook or any other social networking site will be reported to that site. Be aware that it is possible that you may lose your pages from that site - they view pirating of images as theft. You may also receive a bill for those images at commercial rates. If you are proud of your achievements and wish people to view your horse you are welcome to direct them to my website where the images may be viewed at no charge. If you have copied or downloaded images from this site and placed them on your social networking pages please remove them immediately.
